JDL-420 series Multi-functional Rotary presses are suitable for printing adhesive, coated paper, cardboard, aluminum foil and other printing materials. The machine adopts unit type modular combination, which can be used in 4-12 color printing. Each unit/model can be closed one of printing ways, just like offset, flexo, screen, cold foil stamping. The machine adopts shaftless drive configuration, automatic registration system and the pre-registration system, to ensure good registration accuracy and low rejection rate under the high speed (150 m / min). To print more varieties of products, you can choose some other optional, like second time overprint function optional, front and back overprint function. It is ideal equipment to make all kinds of high-grade printing products, such as package of daily chemical , wine, medicine labels, packaging boxes, stickers and so on.

Characteristics

Combination printing, unique sharing platform technology, can be combined offset printing, flexo printing, silk screen, cold stamping,super glazing, laminating and other printing process. Printing material is wide range: paper, plastic film, metal foil can be printed, the substrate thickness range is 0.02mm (film) ~0.35mm .(paperboard)

Shaftless drive: the whole machine adopts the servo drive technology from unwinding to printing, die cutting and rewinding. The servodrive is applied to unwinding and rewinding units, so that the printing tension can be controlled more accurately. The printing tensionadopts closed loop tension control system, which is driven by servo motor separately. Offset printing plate roller, blanket roller,impression roller, ink and water are all driven by the servo motor, stable operation, high precision, no gear, to reduce the ink bar defect.

Automatic overprint system, especially for more than one unit, the overprint is better than other systems. Its overprint adjustment precision is accurate to 0.01mm. It can automatically correct overprint deviation and reduce wastage with high speed printing.

Pre overprint function: before the roll is ready for printing, just press the start button, the rolls will automatically find overprint zero position, without manual adjustment to achieve automatic overprint requirements. It improves efficiency, saves a lot of materials and labor costs.

Portable sleeve technology. Using magnesium alloy plate and blanket sleeve cylinder, can easily change the printing size and change the printing type, simple operation, low maintenance cost.

Printing management center through the digital handle at any time to adjust the machine parameters and storage and invoke each production working orders, this single data contains optimization of state machine in the production of this working time. These data will set the device state when the worksheet is stored and invoked. It can achieve all control of the printing machine in addition to boot, shutdown, timing, counting function.
